Why I coach this way
I built this coaching practice for one reason: too many people are stuck in the crash-diet cycle — strict plans, fast results, and a rebound a few months later. It’s exhausting, and it’s not your fault. Those plans were never built for real life.
My approach is the opposite. Get genuinely stronger, eat in a way that fits your Indian plate and your schedule, and build habits you never feel the need to escape from. No crash diets. No dependence. No nonsense.
What I believe
- Strength, not starvation — train to get stronger and recompose, not just shrink.
- Evidence over fads — science, not detoxes and bro-science.
- Built for Indian life — your food and your schedule are the plan, not the enemy.
- Independence, not dependence — my job is to make myself unnecessary.
